How often do you hear a pronouncement about workplace design or culture and wonder if it really is true? Some seem counter-intuitive. Others might confirm personal assumptions or experience, but you’re just not sure…
The Mid-Atlantic WE Hub can help you debunk some of the most common myths out there. Join us for a half-day Summit that will give you the answers you seek. Based on constituent polling we have selected three current myths and will gather subject matter experts to discuss how those myths started, why they’re perpetuated, and what the real story is.
Join your WE Hub peers and colleagues from IFMA’s Mid-Atlantic Chapters in sifting the conflicting info and building consensus around issues that affect you every day. With distinct sessions utilizing a variety of interactive formats, we’ll engage in lively conversation and debate about the following three myths:
“Open offices are not effective environments.”
“You can’t measure productivity.”
“People need to be co-located for creativity and innovation to occur. Business outcomes are better when everyone comes to the office because remote employees are less engaged/productive.”
