Work Design TALKS: Emerging Talent [Partnership Outreach]

What is their point of view? What trends are they seeing? What is resonating most with them? What do they think about current technology tools and what role does it play in their workplace planning initiatives?

In 2019, we seek to identify and share insights from emerging talent across all areas of the workplace. With the focus on Millennials and Generation Z, we want to talk to those who are actively contributing to new workspaces for their generational peers. We do not want to limit our search to architects and designers. We invite professionals from furniture/textile/floor covering design, IT innovation, change management strategies and commercial real estate to share their ideas, hopes, dreams, and practical advice to all of us. With the involvement of our most well-established contributors, we aim to explore what our generational peers and workers of tomorrow, think about the workplace.

Selected talents will be interviewed and become part of a new community within Work Design Magazine. Opportunities to participate in live panel discussions will follow – complete with training on how to speak on panels and an introduction to a workplace mentor providing support from this program and beyond.
