She founded Link Coworking in Austin, Texas, in 2010, growing it into the fourth-largest coworking brand in the city before its sale in 2019, marking her as the first woman globally to exit a coworking brand.
In 2011, Liz launched the Global Coworking Unconference Community (GCUC), now the largest coworking conference worldwide, spanning multiple continents. A futurist, she earned a graduate certificate in foresight from the University of Houston, fueling her passion for shaping the future of work.
In 2023, Liz co-founded Bottle Rocket Search, the only recruiting firm focused on the coworking and flex industry. She also hosts the bi-weekly GCUC Podcast, sharing insights on coworking and community-building, while championing sound business practices and combating loneliness through the coworking movement.
