Specializing in corporate interiors, Joelle leads the Gensler Dallas consulting team in the development and implementation of workplace strategy and change management for a variety of clients. From visioning and programming to pre- and post- occupancy evaluations, her focus lies in helping clients understand how their workplaces can better support their organizations.
