TM Advertising OfficeTM Advertising‘s redesign of their 46,000 square foot Dallas office, led by Gensler and HKS Architects, Inc., is light, bright, and unconventional, reflecting the company’s desire to surprise clients with an innovative, creative approach. The space accommodates approximately 200 assigned work settings with an additional 175 seats available in conference, teaming, work lounge, and writers focus room spaces. 9. A Law Firm Goes Totally Mobile in their New London Office

In addition to going mobile, they launched a new, client-centric initiative: the company got rid of the traditional receptionist desk in favor of a “meet and greet” concierge approach, creating a space for more conversation between the company and the client. 8. Breather Finds Key to Workplace Harmony by Balancing Work and Chill Space in New HQ

7. Solebrity Attracts Talent to “Silicon Valley East” with Company Culture and Workspace to Support It

6. An Office Encourages Working, Playing, and Winning Together

There are no individual offices, no cubicles, and there’s definitely no lack of creativity in the 30,000 square foot space. 5. Deloitte Moves into a Groundbreaking New Office

3. A Non-Traditional Workplace Changes the Way a Furniture Dealership Does Business

Screen Shot 2015-12-23 at 3.18.35 PMIn September 2013, AIREA Inc., a commercial furniture dealership based in Farmington Hills, Mich., opened AIREA STUDIO in downtown Detroit. The 2,500 square foot showroom, work lounge, and event space is open to the public and serves as both business development tool and product exposure incubator. 2. Walls Become Tools in IdeaPaint HQ

IDP_WEB12-600x400Every wall in IdeaPaint’s new HQ — except for, at the moment, one in the lobby — is coated with the simple, revolutionary dry erase paint that the company invented and sells.
