A-list ad agency Droga5’s new NYC headquarters was designed not just to look creative, but to produce creative work. The 100,000+ square foot office was completed in May 2014 by ROGERS PARTNERS Architects+Urban Designers. Located on Wall Street, the office spans three floors and a two-story “war room” penthouse and is home to 250 employees.

Scroll for photos and details about the project, and at the bottom—because it’s Friday, and because won’t pretend to be immune to the cuteness of kittens—check out one of Droga5’s latest commercials: Taylor Swift swarmed with kittens for Diet Coke.

"In keeping with the Droga5 culture, the dining area features a long table to accommodate communal dining that take place regularly, often after standard work hours," said Rob Rogers, the founding partner of ROGERS ARCHITECTURE. "The table can also be enlarged and reconfigured for a variety of functions including agency’s annual Thanksgiving dinner."

This glass enclosed conference room sits within the open office area, and—we love this—it's clad in cork for spur of the moments pin ups and reviews.

And finally—ahh—the penthouse "work retreat" where employees can decamp from their regular workspaces and dedicate time to special projects away from day-to-day distractions. We want one.

And—one more thing!—as promised, the T. Swift/kittens/Diet Coke commercial, from the creative minds (in the creative space) at Droga5:

(P.S. We kind of love this one even more, but kittens—as they’re wont to do—won the headline contest.)
