Meet the panelists

Debra Breslow, Principal, Director of Interiors, Meyer Design, Inc.

DebSizedDebra works with clients to craft their vision into an inspiring space that meets their budget and expectations. Her creative flair and keen eye for design have earned her the dual title of director of interiors and project manager. Debra infuses her passion for branding into every project, creating spaces that reflect the client’s unique identity and corporate culture. She has a B.S. in interior design from Philadelphia University, and completed the Interior Design Feng Shui study program at Southeastern University in Nanjing, China.

Felicia Doggett, President, Metropolitan Acoustics

As the president and founder of Metropolitan Acoustics, Felicia brings over 25 years of experience to the firm. Her wide-ranging knowledge in architectural acoustics and noise control is an invaluable resource to her clients. Some of her firm’s more notable projects include the World Café Live theaters, the Family Court Building, and the new Comcast Innovation Center at 1800 Arch Street. She graduated from University of Delaware and is happy to be the Chair of the new Philadelphia Regional Chapter of the ASA.

Torrance Houlihan, Vice President of Product Managment, AgilQuest

Torrance is the VP of product management for AgilQuest’s OnBoard Workplace Management System. He has been with AgilQuest since 1999 and has over 15 years of experience in helping organizations become more mobile and realize the real estate benefits from that mobility. This experience includes designing business processes and software applications for mobility and deploying them with customers across the country and around the world.

Tom Edge, Senior Associate, Shen Milson & Wilke

Tom is a certified technology designer with over 20 years of experience in the audiovisual industry. He manages a passionate team of audiovisual consultants in the D.C. office and focuses on corporate, cultural, and educational audiovisual design. Prior to his tenure as an audiovisual design consultant, he managed the installation of multi-million dollar audiovisual systems in the D.C.-area, worked as a recording engineer for artists like Barbra Streisand and Barry Manilow, and taught instrumental music to primary and secondary school students.
