Gaia Grant is co-author of the breakthrough new book entitled, Who Killed Creativity?… And How Can We Bring It Back?. In it, Grant brings fresh original ideas to the field of creative thinking and organization innovation.
As executive managing director of Tirian International Consultancy, Grant assists leading Fortune 500 companies like Conrad Hotels and Rolls Royce to manage transformational workplace changes.
Her “Strategies for Innovative Development (SID)” model is a comprehensive tool for overcoming cultural hurdles that hinder organizational progress. The model incorporates practical tools and strategies for solving problems and “coming up with better ideas faster.”
Grant has been featured in media from the BBC to Australian Financial Review and the Asian Wall St Journal. She continues to write for a range of media and is regularly asked to speak about her thoughts and experiences.
Along with her business and corporate work, Grant has also been involved in strategic development work with projects in El Salvador, The Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, and India. She was one of the founding team members who developed a health program that has helped to improve the lives of 25 million children worldwide.
